EXO's Chanyeol Escapes Hotel to Experience His First Taste of Freedom Overseas

EXO's Chanyeol finally gets a chance to enjoy being overseas for the first time in a while.

On today's episode of SBS "Roommate," the cast were given a chance to go on an overseas holiday to celebrate the 100 days since their first episode. Since Chanyeol had a concert in Taiwan with his group, his cast mates Lee Sora, Hong Soo Hyun, Nana, and Jo Se Ho opted to go to Taiwan to meet up with him.

The "Roommate" cast went to Chanyeol's hotel room and surprised him, which turned out to be a success. After surprising him, the female team went out and took a taxi while Jo Se Ho stayed behind and helped Chanyeol escape the hotel using "007" (James Bond) skills, avoiding the eyes of the many fans waiting outside his hotel. 

Chanyeol was asked what he feels most regretful about when having overseas activities and he said, "Whenever we go overseas, we only rehearse, then perform at the concert, and then we leave immediately. It's the only thing we do when we go overseas." He also further explained that he and his group could not leave the hotel even if they wanted to because there were a lot of fans waiting outside and it would be dangerous for everyone if they did leave.

After Chanyeol successfully escaped the hotel with the help of Jo Se Ho, Chanyeol expressed how refreshing it feels to finally be out and Jo Se Ho took a proof shot of Chanyeol experiencing his freedom.
