Actor Lee Min Ki Quietly Enlisted in the Military on August 7

It has been revealed that actor Lee Min Ki has quietly enlisted in the army to fulfill his national duty. 

According to a representative, "Lee Min Ki hoped to enlist quietly, and thus he did not properly inform his personal circle about his plan and entered the army on August 7."

"As he will not be an active-duty soldier, but a public service worker, he constantly emphasized his will to enlist without creating a buzz. He feels apologetic towards his fans, who were not informed beforehand," the source added.

Before his entrance into the military, Lee Min Ki wrapped up the filming for his final project "Shoot My Heart." The film starring Yeo Jin Goo and Lee Min Ki will premiere in November.
