Tak Jae Hoon Preparing for a Divorce

Singer and entertainer Tak Jae Hoon is set to divorce after details emerged about the breakdown of his marriage. The television personality has been married to his wife (who, for legal reasons, can only be named by her surname, Lee) since 2001, and has two children.

A broadcast professional, quoted in media outlet Osen, said, “It is true that he is going through divorce proceedings now. It is a private matter, and I don't know much about it. He has not been on television for quite a while, but I can confirm that he is currently in Korea.”

The new development comes on the back of a torrid past few months for the star. In December last year, a court found him guilty of illegal betting on sports games and sentenced him to six months in prison, suspended for one year.
