2NE1’s Park Bom to Appear on “Music Japan” and Attend Overseas Concerts

A preview of 2NE1 appearing on NHK’s “Music Japan” has been revealed.

“Music Japan” is the most well known music talk show held in Japan and on their official website, they announced that 2NE1 will be appearing on the show on July 28. On July 5, 2NE1 held a concert in Yokohama and while the rest of the member departed for Korea, it has been informed that Park Bom stayed in Japan. Many are keeping an eye on her and wondering what she will be showing on the program.

2NE1’s agency, YG Entertainment, and “Music Japan” have a special relationship. On July 21, Big Bang members, Taeyang and Daesung, appeared on the show.

Park Bom had been appearing on SBS’s variety show, “Roommate,” and has been officially announced off the show. Starting on July 11, Park Bom did not attend the recording for “Roommate” and informed that she has no plans of attending any future recordings.

Many have predicted that since Park Bom’s schedule in Korea has been halted, she will continue her schedule in Japan. She will be attending the “AIA Real Life: NOW Festival 2014” that will be held on August 15 and August 16 with the rest of the YG Family. Also, she will be attending the concert with the 2NE1 members in Singapore that will be held on September 13 and September 14.

In 2010, Park Bom was caught smuggling amphetamines into Korea from the United States through an international postal service. However, despite of the fact that the case was dismissed and YG Entertainment’s Yang Hyun Suk released an official statement, it had become a problem.
