Block B’s Zico to Replace Noh Hong Chul as MC on MBC’s “Music Core”

It has been announced that Block B’s leader Zico will be taking the place of Noh Hong Chul as the new MC for MBC’s “Show! Music Core.”

On July 15, a representative of MBC revealed, “Zico will join ‘Show! Music Core’ as a fixed MC starting on July 19, and will continue on with SHINee’s Minho and actress Kim So Hyun.”

It is said that Zico has been receiving many ‘love calls’ from a number of variety programs. Also, he has been put in the spotlight as a multitalented artist, not only producing songs for Block B’s albums, but for other idol groups as well.

With the exciting addition of Zico as the new MC, viewers can look forward to an even brighter and livelier atmosphere for the music program.

As a welcoming ceremony for his MC debut, Zico will be showcasing a special stage on July 19 with the support of his group members. Block B will also be revealing a performance of “Jackpot” for the very first time on “Music Core.”
