According to Chinese entertainment reports, the Chinese version of "Running Man," which is renamed "Hurry, Brother" (奔 兄弟), held its production presentation yesterday, July 8. The filming for the episodes are said to begin in August. In news reports released in May, SBS revealed that they selected Zhejiang Satellite TV as their preferred bidder for the Chinese version of "Running Man." Through the production presentation held yesterday, it was revealed that the production will begin and that the Chinese version of "Running Man" will be a joint Korean and Chinese production. "Running Man" PD Jo Hyo Jin and Chinese actor Deng Chao were present at the production presentation. Deng Chao will become the main MC of the show, much like Yoo Jae Suk in the Korean production. The cast of Running Man, including Yoo Jae Suk, Ji Suk Jin, Kim Jong Kook, Haha, Gary, and Lee Kwang Soo also sent their support to the Chinese production through a video message that was shown during the presentation of the Chinese version of "Running Man." PD Jo Hyo Jin said to TV Report, "I'm a little flustered. I didn't know that they would welcome us like this. Although I have worries, I will be responsible and do my best." Meanwhile, it was reported that the Chinese production went to Korea in June to see how things are in the Korean production of the show. There are also plans to bring the stars of the Chinese version of "Running Man" for a special Korean version production of the show.
