Bob Girls to Launch “The Taming of Bob Girls” Reality Show

Rookie girl group Bob Girls have landed their own self-titled reality television show, only three weeks after making their K-pop debut with the song “No Way.”

The show, which will air on MBC Music beginning this week, will also feature appearances from Bob Girls’ Chrome Entertainment label mates Crayon Pop and boy band K-Much.

The program will be entitled “The Taming of Bob Girls.” Its intriguing title is a reference to the comedy play by 16th-century English writer William Shakespeare, “The Taming of the Shrew.”

Bob Girls are a four-piece group, consisting of members Dahye, Yujeong, Gina, and Danbi, and made their music show debut on the June 12 edition of Mnet’s "M!Countdown." They have been billed as “Crayon Pop’s younger sister group.”

The new show will air at 8pm on July 2 on MBC Music.
