EXO’s Chen Tries Wakeboarding for The Celebrity Magazine

EXO star Chen has featured in an interview and photo shoot for magazine The Celebrity, which sees how the boy band star fared at water sports.

In one photo, he poses next to an array of wakeboards, sporting a t-shirt and board shorts. In another picture, he is wakeboarding in a deep blue sea while wearing an orange life vest.

A feature in the upcoming July issue of the magazine will tell the story of Chen’s watersports adventure. In the article, Chen explains that his initial goal was to avoid spending too much time in the water.

He told the magazine, “I have heard that most beginners fall in a lot. My main target for the day is just staying above the water!”

However, as the pictures show, Chen soon proved he had the knack when it came to this sport. His coach said, “It’s quite rare for a first-timer to be able to stay on his feet as Chen did. He must have great stamina and coordination.”
