BEAST's Son Dongwoon to Speak at Hallyu Conference

Hallyu enthusiasts participating at the KBS and Korea Communication Association hosted Hallyu conference entitled, "Korean Wave: Toward the Next Chapter" on July 1 are in luck because aside from other distinguished speakers, Son Dongwoon of BEAST will be participating as a speaker at the event as well.

At the Hallyu seminar which will be held in the afternoon of July 1 at KBS Radio Open Hall, Son Dongwoon will be talking about how Hallyu is seen from his perspective as a K-pop star in the lecture entitled, "K-POP Star, The Hallyu That I See."

This conference will be participated in by representatives from the government, entertainment companies, and other related agencies as well as scholars, Hallyu stars, and industry experts. The lectures will have the TED relay format wherein the experts will be able to have their talk and discussion through a new manner.

Apart from Son Dongwoon, the conference which has a total of four sessions will have cultural diplomat Kim Dong Gi, CJ E&M's Eo Il Kyung, Ahn Je Hyun of Samhwa Networks, Cultural Translator Mirja Maletzki, Kwon Ho Young of Korea Creative Content Agency, and other experts in the industry who will all be sharing valuable information regarding Hallyu.
