Girl’s Day to Celebrate Fourth Anniversary with Charity Concert

Representatives for Girl’s Day have announced that the group will perform their first solo concert to mark the fourth anniversary of their debut. The event will be held at the AX Korea concert hall on July 13 at 4pm, and proceeds will be donated to charity.

The group will perform a selection of their many hits, including “Female President,” “Expectation,” “Something,” “Don’t Forget Me” and “Twinkle Twinkle.” New material is also set to be showcased at the concert, with tracks from the girls’ forthcoming summer mini album also on the concert set list.

A spokesperson for the group told the media, “Girl’s Day has already showcased a large variety of different concepts. But with the new material, fans can expect to see yet another dimension of the group.”

Profits from the concert will be donated to PlanKorea, a charity which is devoted to providing aid to young women in in developing countries.

The group debuted in 2010 with the mini album "Girl's Day Party #1," featuring the single, "Tilt My Head."
