Akdong Musician Steps into Fantasy for Vogue Girl

Akdong Musician, the adorable brother-sister duo from “K-Pop Star,” is featured in Vogue Girl’s July issue. The theme for the photoshoot is the story of another famous pair of siblings, Hansel and Gretel, on which Akdong Musician has their own take. 

In contrast to the Hansel and Gretel of the fairy tale, who were initially terrified when they were trapped in the witch’s house, Lee Chan Hyuk and Lee Soo Hyun appear unafraid, confident, and lively. Indeed, this reflects the duo’s real life personalities. Although filming required some difficult athletics, such as climbing a tall tree, the two showed no signs of tiring.

In the interview accompanying the pictorial, the siblings discussed the making of their first album, their childhood dreams, music, and other things that Akdong Musician fans won’t have known until now.
