"Good Doctor" Wins Best Serial Drama Award at Banff World Media Festival

KBS drama "Good Doctor" had the honor of winning the Best Serial Drama Award at the Rockie Awards for the 35th Banff World Media Festival. The event took place in Canada on June 8

"Good Doctor", starring Joo Won and Moon Chae Won, is a medical human drama about a genius pediatric surgeon who is also autistic. The drama received critical acclaim in its home country, sweeping the awards at the 2013 KBS Drama Awards, and winning the Best Drama Award at the 2014 Baeksang Arts Awards. 

Also at the Banff World Media Festival, KBS' documentary special "Colors, 4 Desires" took home the Jury Grand Prize in Best in Unscripted category. "Colors, 4 Desires" looks into the relationship between colors and human desires, presenting beautiful images using UHD 4K camera to best depict the nature's colors.
