Taeyang and Crush's Songs Banned from KBS Broadcast

Recommended Posts

On June 11, Taeyang’s “Intro (Rise)” from his second album “Rise” was ruled unfit for broadcast by KBS. This was because the lyrics of the intro track included the word “f**k.”

Crush’s “Give It To Me” featuring Jay Park and Simon Dominic was also banned from broadcast. KBS banned this song because the lyrics include the brand Nutella, the word “f**k,” and various other lyrics that are highly suggestive of sex.

ZIZO’s “Dream” was banned, as well, for the inclusion of the word “retard,” and its derogatory connotation for the handicapped.

Soompiers, what do you think! Were the rulings justified?
