Super Junior's Sungmin Postpones Enlistment, to Focus on Album and Musical This Year

SM Entertainment announced today that Super Junior member Sungmin has given up on the final round of the application process to become a conscripted policeman as part of his mandatory military service: "Sungmin did not take part in the final round of application to be part of the Seoul Police Special Promotional Unit."

While Sungmin had passed the first round of auditions, it seems in the end, Sungmin decided not to enlist as a conscripted policeman or he is postponing it for next year.

For now, as SM Entertainment announced, Sungmin will be "focusing on Super Junior's album and musical activities this year."
