2PM's Nichkhun to Participate in Badminton Event for Multicultural Families

Nichkhun of male group 2PM will be showing his support for diversity by taking part in a badminton event for multicultural families.

On June 9, sports equipment brand Yonex Korea announced that the idol will participate in the 2014 Yonex Badminton Competition for Multicultural Families held at Goyang Sports Hall on June 14.

The event aims to raise the sense of pride among families with diverse cultural backgrounds. Nichkhun, who is currently the spokesmodel for Yonex Korea and their line of badminton equipment, will also hold a signing event for the contestants. As Nichkhun himself has been brought up in a multicultural environment, he must have willingly agreed to participate in the meaningful event.

In related news, 2PM recently pushed back their comeback due to the Sewol ferry tragedy, and the members are currently pursuing individual activities.
