T-ara’s Jiyeon and EXO’s Chanyeol Participated in the Same School Uniform Modeling Contest 6 Years Ago

A video of T-ara’s Jiyeon and EXO’s Chanyeol participating in a school uniform modeling contest in 2008, before their debut, has been revealed.

On the June 4 broadcast of MBC Every1’s “Weekly Idol,” Jiyeon appeared as the guest for this week, as she has recently made a solo debut.

During the show, MC Jung Hyung Don mentioned meeting T-ara for the first time on an MBC variety show called “Bouquet,” not long after the group made their debut. After hearing this, Jiyeon corrected him, “I met you even before my debut,” explaining that she had met him when he was the MC for a school uniform modeling contest that she took part in, six years earlier.

This is when the video of the modeling contest was shown. Jiyeon received interest for her much younger appearance, and the video clip gained even more attention for displaying pre-debut Chanyeol, who was also a part of the same contest during that time.
