Newsie
If you ever wondered why BIGBANG's T.O.P is not on Twitter or Instagram just yet, then wonder no more. At the press conference for the "FROM TOP EXHIBITION" held at Horam Art Center in Seoul on June 4, T.O.P dished on the reasons why he's nowhere to be found on the social networking sites. "My job is to stand a lot in front of a camera angle and yet I don't enjoy taking a selca," T.O.P opened up. "I've taken landscape photos all my life but personally, I'm not much of a selca taker. That's a part of my tendency to not like SNS. I'd rather work hard that be on SNS," he added. Aside from dishing on his reasons for not being on the social networking sites, T.O.P also shed light on how he got started with this exhibit. "Youth is courage. You have to do this year the things you cannot do next year. Even this exhibit can become a good memory or something that I would be embarrassed about when I become older. But because I'm still young, I took this on thinking that this is a performance that I can do," he said. The "FROM TOP EXHIBITION" is held to commemorate T.O.P's first video album, "1st PICTORIAL RECORDS FROM TOP." The exhibit features various printed photos from T.O.P's video album as well as never-before-seen photos that he personally chose. The video album contains photos shot together by T.O.P and photographer Hong Jang Hyun taken last December in New York. With T.O.P's intention to "capture his 27-year-old self," the video album is expected to show the charms of the singer-actor.
