“Our Neighborhood Sports” Takes a Picture at the Sao Paulo Stadium

The members of “Our Neighborhood Sports” have landed in Brazil and revealed their first activity.

On June 2, according to the staff of KBS2’s “Our Neighborhood Sports,” the team took a picture with the “Arena de Sao Paulo” as the background to show that they’ve arrived in Brazil.

On June 26, Korea will be playing against Belgium and the members MC Kang Ho Dong, Kim Heung Gook, speed skater, Lee Kyu Hyuk, actor  Seo Ji Suk, SHINee's Minho, BEAST's Yoon Doo Joon, Jo Han Sun, and singer Lee Jung arrived early to cheer for the team.

In the revealed picture, the energy of each the members can be seen within the picture.

Kang Ho Dong is seen raising his fist in the air while shouting “Fighting,” giving off a strong energy while the other members are smiling brightly at the camera, cheering for the players.

With only a couple of days until the opening of the World Cup, the members will be showing the atmosphere of the stadium as they plan on meeting various people from different countries. Many are looking forward to this, as it has been known that the members will be playing against the Brazilian Women’s National Soccer team.

Currently, the stadium that the members visited is off-limits to the public as they are finishing construction work. Since this is the first time that a variety program was able to enter the stadium before opening to the public, this was a much more meaningful moment for the members.

The staff of “Our Neighborhood Sports” said, “The members visited the ‘Arena de Sao Paulo’ to cheer for the Korean team so that they can head onto the 16^th round. The first game between Korea and Belgium will be held here and we wish good luck to the Korean Soccer National Team.”
