K-Pop Stars Join “2014 New Race Seoul” for Stretching Event and Concert

A whole host of top celebrities joined participants for the “2014 New Race Seoul” road race on June 1. The race, which began at Seoul’s Olympic Stadium in the Jamsil district of the capital, was organized by sports company New Balance. Members of groups such as ZE:A, 4Men, Dal Shabet, Jewelry, Akdong Musician, and Nine Muses attended the event, as well as solo stars such as G.NA.

Many of the stars led the participants in an event called “Celebrity Stretching,” allowing runners the chance to warm up before the race.

Other entertainers even took part in the race, with stars such as actress Park Soo Jin and comedienne Shin Bong Sun running the entire distance.

After the race, a concert was held, featuring performances by YB, Defconn, 4Men, Crispy Crunch, and Baechigi.
