HM in my mind doesn't know how to love because he is too preocupied with himself. i do pity him at times but usually i just want him to slid over a banana peel on the sidewalk and go see IH's mom to explain himself.. *harsh*

that's why i say love in his own way (if you can even call it love) because i don't think HM will feel a shred of remorse over his actions towards anyone else in the world but he did get small attacks of guilt whenever IH & her mom went all out to cater to him ... and that is as close to love as anyone can get from HM. i just don't credit him as a guy with any conscience so the fact that he did feel a slight remorse although that didn't stop him from going ahead with his heartless abandonment ... to me ... that must mean IH meant something to him ... and that is as close to any love one can get from a guy like HM. haha ... i don't even know if i'm making any sense... never mind.

i like the storyline of this drama and am feeling sorry for the plight of IH & her mom as well as feeling like thrashing HM ... however i don't feel very emotionally involved enough so far ... i don't know why but i just don't have a feel for yoon hae young's portrayal of IH so far ... she just bores me sometimes when i see her ... i still have no idea whether it's her character or her acting ... guess i'll have to see something else she's in to decide. so maybe my trying to analyze HM's psyche has something to do with that since i happen to like KSM the actor ... usually i just loathe & condemn a guy like that.

in the later episodes... u actually do see HM trying to pay back to Inha .. but he is also forced by circumstances ... like GH controlling his $....

i guess.. HM does luv InHa .. in his own selfish way ..

i cld see the difference in him for InHa unlike for JM or GH ........

Holy Moly~~SYLVER and Emily!! You guys watch this drama too?

I caught a glimpse of this drama everytime my mom watches it and I must say...it's quite good. I am so shocked by KimSeongMin's role...he comes out so EVIL!! oh my goodness~~~I have never imagined him to take this kind of role...but surpisingly, this role fits him very well. His acting is really good in this drama.

I'm deciding whether I should watch this drama from the beginning or not...coz I noticed LeeJaeHwan was in this drama too...I liked him in 'That Summer Typhoon'

And OMG!!! The most tragic scene in this drama that I saw was when: YoonHyeYoung's daughter and mother died together tragically~~~That little girl is so cute!!! And oh wow...I had tears rolling down my face throughout that whole scene!

The only reason I was into this drama in the first place was because of Lee Jae-hwan cos I fell in love with him while watching Summer's Typhoon. And he got even better in this one.

You're not the only one who was touched by that scene. Ask anyone who watched this drama and they'll say the same. Now, I count Yoon Hae-young as one of my fave. She's so talented!

it ended with GH / YS spotting a drunk HM trying to hug Inha ( whose trying to struggle out of his embrace) ...

err.. i think either HJ's bro and HG told HM Inha lost her memory..

HM looks for Inha thinking inha lost her memory...

had coffee and dinner with her.. and he cried and apologizing while eating ... thinking back the time he n a meal with Inha at the hospital ( where Inha feed him some side dish ) ..........

HM called Inha's mobile ( they exchage biz card .. pretneding they meet first time i think. after the dinner ). .. and she answered the first time ...

she took off the battery the 2nd HM called ....

After dinner .. YS send Inha home ..

Inha on reaching home decide to check on HM...

went back to her office n saw a drunk HM lying on the door step ...

she woke the drunk HM up.. HM saw her n wanted to hug her ..

then YS/GH ( dont know y both of them were together ... ) .... came along together n saw it...

GH escorts HM to the living room where HJ, YS, and IH are. HM looks shocked to see who the visitors are.

mr. jin introduces the 3 visitors, and HJ and IH act friendly and cordial like they've never seen HM before.

CAI who is sitting on IH's lap asks HM if IH's beautiful and HJ comes to her and says hi. IH asks CAI who named her so beautifully and the girl says her daddy.

YS notices the way HM stares at IH and feels uneasy. HM runs off to the restroom, and GH comes to check on him, asking him if he had an upset stomach again and if he was nervous since he gets upset stomach when nervous. HM says no and that he'll be right down.

downstairs IH runs into HM and IH says his home is great. HM asks how dare she come in here but IH acts like she's never seen him and asks him if he knows her. HM says to go outside and talk, but GH arrives.

then YG arrives with a piece of furniture and CAI goes up to him asking who he is. GH looks at the way her daughter talks to YG, and IH glances at GH.

HM goes to the dining room and chucks down a glass of water. his sister-in-law tells HM they are very close to father.

mr. jin takes HJ to the masterbedroom and shows her the furnishings saying they're all old. HJ asks mr. jin if he sleeps on the left side or the right side and mr. jin says it doesn't matter as long as he sleeps next to her and HJ kisses him. just then the sister-in-law knocks and comes in to tell mr. jin the wood chair has arrived. the sister-in-law notices lipstick on mr. jin's face and giggles away.

HM goes to CAI's room where she's playing with IH at the vanity. CAI asks HM why he came and he says it's time to eat. CAI says she doesn't want to eat but IH tells her she needs to eat well to live longer. CAI asks then if one doesn' eat well will they die, and IH says yes and one might also die from accident.

then CAI tells IH how her parents kissed while she was around and asks IH if that's wrong. IH says if one kisses another when the other one says no then that's not good. it would be a crime.

HM goes downstairs and tells himself it wasn't his fault. HJ walks by and tells him they want his life. HM finally arrives at the dinning hall where everyone's eating already.

mr. jin notices IH's ring and asks if it's from YS. IH says it's her mother's ash and HM pauses. IH shows him her finger and asks if he wants to see the ring.

YG, YS, and IH are watching CAI playing in the yard and YS wonders who she looks like because she doesn't look like her mother or father. IH asks YG if it's his first time seeing CAI and YG says yes since he's been away.

CAI calls YS to go play with her and IH talks to YG alone. IH asks YG if he knows that GH isn't happy. YG asks what is there to do now.. but IH urges him not to let time go to regret like her.. YG asks what happened and IH says her loved ones wouldn't have died.

mr. jin's sitting on the new chair YS built. mr. jin's son asks YS what the meaning behind the chair is and YS replies it's a chair for lovers. the son comments then it's not suitable for mr. jin since he's so old but mr. jin says there's no reason why he can't love, and YS says with age love is stronger.

mr. jin pulls YS to sit next to him first, and mr. jin's son takes a picture. then all the family members and guests take turn to take pictures of mr. jin with them.

it's HJ's turn to sit next to mr. jin and mr. jin tells his son he should take a really good picture because HJ will be his new stepmom. everyone's surprised.

upstairs, mr. jin's son and HM try to persuade mr. jin not to marry someone so young to be his daughter, but mr. jin says it's his decision.

downstairs, HJ apologizes to GH for not telling her earlier. HM scolds YG for not stopping mr. jin from such ridiculous behavior but GH arrives and tells HM to watch his language. YG leaves and GH says as long as she and her brother are still alive there's no place for HM to mind her father's business.

mr. jin's son asks his wife why she didn't tell him earlier and she said she wanted to see his reaction live. then GH asks her if HJ really loves father too and the sister-in-law says she believes so that's why she approved of their relationship.

YS takes IH to a field and tells her he wants to stop her.. whatever it is that she wants to remember.. whatever it is that she must accomplish... to fix whatever it is wrong in her heart.

IH asks why he must fix it, and YS says it's the anniversary of IH losing her memory and she shouldn't try so hard to remember what's already forgotten. the past is the past, and if the past becomes present then the deceased can't rest peacefully... IH gets furious.

IH: at age 28 what do you know to say these to me? do you know the world better than me who's been to the psychiatric ward? have you lived harden than me? when a man says he loves a woman does a woman must obey everything? what is love? what exactly is love? isn't love what a man says when he wants to hold her? since it's too foolish to say i get excited when i see you? isn't love what men use to con women? because women will give everything their lungs and open their hearts to hear those words thinking the men will be by their side all their lives?

YS: who are you talking to? was that what your love was? my love is like a mother who wants to cherish her child. was your love so dirty? what do i know at age 28? have i gone to the mental hospital? but inha sshi have you ever looked at the woman you love with the eyes of a loving mother. don't kid yourself. what you're doing isn't what mother wants. at least it's not what the mother i knew would want.

as he drives off, YS thinks about the look on HM and tells himself he must stop IH or else she would get hurt. YS calls HJ and asks her to stop IH, and asking her if HM is AI's father. HJ lies and says AI's father is kim chul jong whom IH was engaged to. YS asks where CJ is and HJ says he went abroad and they haven't heard from him since. YS apologizes and leaves. HJ calls IH and tells her about YS's visit.

HJ returns to her apt where mr. jin's waiting for her. HJ hands him a notorized prenup and mr. jin says she didn't have to do that but HJ replies she wants to him to never quesition her love, no matter what happens or what he may hear and mr. jin says he'll only listen to her.

HM gets a list of all the vendors their dept. store works with and goes out. he runs into HG who asks him when he's gonna give him money and HM asks HG if IH put him up for this. HG asks him if he wants to talk infront of everyone or privately in HM's office. HG takes a digital camera from a clerk and tells her to put it on HM's account, then HG goes back and tells the clerk to donate everything she sells to orphanage and senior home, because HM owes a little to the elderly and the young.

HG wrestles HM down and warns HM to leave IH alone cuz she suffers from amnesia and doesn't remember anything about him or AI or her mother. HG then warns HM he better get the money ready for him and HS by tomorrow or he'll expose him. HG then takes a picture of HM being wrestled and reminds of him of the picture he took at HM and IH's wedding. HG leaves and calls IH, who then asks him to prevent YS from coming to where she is. HG visits YS and asks him to eat with him at YS's mother's. there HG talks YS's mother alone and asks her to not say anything to YS about HM and IH's relationship. the mother agrees but if they hurt YS she won't sit still.

HM finds out where IH's office is and knocks on the door. IH is shocked to see HM arriving, but calmly asks HM what brought him over and HM replies he was in the neighborhood, and wanted to see if he can get a drink. IH asks what he wants and HM says coffee. IH then asks how he takes his coffee and HM replies 1 scoop of instant coffee with 2 scoops of creamer. IH remembers the first time HM made coffee for her and how he smiled, and murmurs she willl make him never smile again.

IH asks HM why he came again and HM says he came to apologze about his behavior at the house. IH asks why he acted so strange, she couldn't even tell GH about it. HM says she reminds him too much of someone and IH comments it must have been someone close to him since he used a casual speech. HM says IH reminds him of the person he loves the most, his woman. IH pauses and asks HM shouldn't he love GH instead, and HM comments on how warm the coffee makes him feel... IH asks HM why he didn't marry that someone whom she reminds him of. HM says he sold his life due to some debt.

IH remains quiet and caresses her diamond ring under the table instead.. IH walks him down the stairs and HM offers to take her home. IH declines but HM says he's hungry. IH and HM go eat bone marrow soup and HM asks IH if she has a good memory. IH replies she's had memory loss since her mother died. HM asks if she will get her memory back and IH says she was told not to expect such thing.

IH watches HM pour rice in his soup bowl and eats.. and thinks of the time he ate earnestly after his father passed away. IH gets ahold of her emotions and offers him some kimchi, then says he will get indigestion if he eats so fast. HM continues to eat, holding back tears. IH offers him a napkin and HM grabs her hand, and IH pulls back. HM continues to eat and says he's sorry, that he wronged her.

IH watches HM, caressing her ring, and saying nothing. HM and IH finish dinner and HM offers her a ride again for safety and IH jokes that ppl you know are more dangerous than strangers. then HM asks if he can come visit her again and IH says no since he's GH's husband and GH is her friend. HM asks if he can be her friend too and IH says she'll think about it. HM exchanges business cards with IH and said he had a great great time tonight, then leaves.

HM goes in the car and says 'thank you inha. for reappearing. for reappearing soundly. thank you.'

after HM leaves, IH says 'i'll help you remember everything from the beginning. i'll make you not able to remember anything at the end. i'll help you remember what i suffered through. you don't have much time left so live wholeheartly until then.'

at home, HJ tells IH she feels guilty whenever she's having a good time with mr. jin. IH says the only person she wants to avenge is HM and no one else should be unhappy because of it. HJ says okay and leaves to meet with mr. jin.

IH calls HS and asks for status with HM's mother. HS says things are going great just as they projected. HM's mother is gambling with the gentleman IH hired and 2 other men .. they let HM's mother have the upper hand and she says he should buy her a building if she wins and he replies he will buy a cottage for them to vacation.

meanwhile, mr. jin and the family are waiting for HJ to arrive at a restaurant. while they're waiting, HM brings up the point about HJ's history as escort and suggests HJ might be toying with mr. jin just for money. mr. jin shows HM the prenup HJ gave him and asks HM if he has anything else to say. HM says she could still change her mind later and mr. jin gets angry and leaves.

next morning, HM sees the bulletin board at work announcing that HM has been named vice president, instead of company president.

i like lee jae hwan too. i saw him in this one sitcom a long time ago with lee tae ran. he played romantic rival with yoon joon sang (hong eun hee's real life husband) and he was just as cute as he is in here, though much younger. i think he has really beautiful eyes. i like how they're so light colored for asian. makes me wanna look at them again and again.

I just found out that lee jae hwang is in a movie called "My Beautiful Life" (lit. transl. not sure if that's the official title) with yoo sun. He plays a blind. And I agree that he has beautifuly shaped eyes, the first thing I noticed about him. Definitely his best feature.

This drama is getting really good... as long as IH doesn't take HM back, I'll consider it a good ending.
