Actress Yoon Eun Hye will be joining Ha Ji Won and Ha Jung Woo in the new film “Chronicle of a Blood Merchant.”

The film, directed by Ha Jung Woo, has garnered a lot of interest since its announcement, as it is the dramatization of  Chinese author Yu Hua’s representative novel of the same name. In addition to Ha Ji Won and Ha Jung Woo, the star-studded cast consists of Jang Kwang, Jeon Hye Jin, Seong Dong Il, Jung Man Sik, Jo Jin Woong, Joo Jin Mo, Lee Kyung Young, Kim Sung Ryung, Kim Young Ae, etc.

Now, with the casting of Yoon Eun Hye, the film is back in the spotlight once again. Yoon Eun Hye will be playing Im Boon Bang in the film, for her first big screen comeback in three years since the 2011 film “My Black Mini Dress.”

While many worldwide have proposed to dramatize Yu Hua's novel, this will be the first film adaptation.

The film is set to crank in on June 3.
