Male group g.o.d has returned after a lengthy 12-year hiatus, and their comeback has been a great success so far.

"The Lone Duckling" was released at noon on May 8, and merely an hour later at 1pm, it ranked first on online music charts Melon, MNet, Bugs, Soribada, Genie, Olleh Music, Naver Music, Cyworld Music, and Monkey3. By 2pm, the song could be seen on the top of Daum Music as well.

Dominating all major charts can be challenging for even the most popular groups, and the outstanding performance of "The Lone Duckling" proves that the unique sound of g.o.d has been missed by their loyal fans.

The song is a slow-tempo ballad that highlights the distinct voices of all five members, and a meaningful message inspired by the lone duckling gives hope to all lonely and hurt listeners.
