YG Entertainment has admitted to taking in Jang Hana from the SBS audition program "K-Pop Star 3."

YG announced on May 8 that Jang Hana joined them a month ago and has been working with them as a trainee since.

Jang Hana, who is only 18 years old, was noted on the show for her soulful voice, making it to the Top 8. YG's representative Yang Hyun Suk has openly praised her on the show, taking note of her talent and possibilities as a singer.

Previously, on May 7 "Jang Hana joins YG" trended on various Korean portal sites. However, YG initially announced that they could not speak on the subject yet.

"K-Pop Star 3" participant Lee Chae Young has also joined YG since the audition program.
