M!Countdown and Show! Music Core Will Be Back This Week

After three weeks of canceled shows out of respect for the Sewol ferry victims, Mnet’s “M!Countdown” and MBC’s “Show! Music Core” are returning to the air. “M!Countdown” will air on May 8, and “Show! Music Core” will return on May 10. A record label official of one of the music show performers for “Show! Music Core” stated, “While the show is back on air, it will proceed in a calm manner. Our song has a fast beat, but isn’t a very upbeat song, so it’s possible for us to perform on the show. However, various other teams have switched out their title songs for medium tempo ballads.”

So far the line up for "M!Countdown" includes EXO-K, Akdong Musician, A Pink, Mad Clown, NS Yoon-G, Eddy Kim, and Park Shi Hwan.

An official of KBS's "Music Bank" stated that the show is likely to be delayed for another week, and there is no news yet on SBS's "Inkigayo."
