The track is titled “Three Things I Have Left” and is the theme song for the female protagonist Yoon Soo Wan (played by Gu Hye Sun).

A production staff shared, “We thought that this song can only be sung by Baek Ah Yeon, and was proactive asking her agency. In the end, we were able to work with Baek Ah Yeon and the team became fascinated with her voice while recording the song.”

“Angel Eyes” is about a man and a woman who are each other’s first loves, but get separated at childhood due to a painful family situation and meet again 12 years later. Gu Hye Sun’s character Yoon Su Wan (younger version played by Nam Ji Hyun) is a passionate emergency medical technician. She was blind, but was able to start a new life after receiving a corneal transplantation. Lee Sang Yoon takes on the character Park Dong Joo who is a surgeon (younger version played by Kang Ha Neul). The drama experienced its highest viewership ratings this past weekend, surpassing the 10% mark.
