Rookie Actor Na Tae Joo Is Hollywood-bound with Role in "Pan"

Singer-actor Na Tae Joo will join the ranks of Rain and Lee Joon as he goes to Hollywood and stars in the movie, "Pan," a film adapatation of Peter Pan directed by Joe Wright.

According to an official announcement by Warner Bros. on April 24, Na Tae Joon will take on the role of Kwahu.

Na Tae Joo, who made his acting debut in the 2010 movie, "Hero," directed by Kim Hong Ik, attracted a lot of attention for his appearance in the Taekwondo themed Thai film, "The Kick", directed by Prachya Pinkaew.

Since he started working on action films, the actor is gaining anticipation in "Pan" where he is also likely to have action-packed scenes.

Other cast members include Levi Miller, who will play Peter Pan, and Hugh Jackman, who will take on the role of Blackbeard. Garrett Hedlund will play the role of Captain Hook, Rooney Mara as Tiger Lily, and Amanda Seyfried will play Mary.

Director Joe Wright, who previously took on "Anna Karenina," "Hannah," and "Pride and Prejudice," is in charge of showing the adventure of "Pan," an orphan boy who left for Neverland.

The movie is set to hit the big screens in 2015.
