Leessang's Gil Caught Drunk Driving, License Canceled

Member of hip hip duo Leessang and permanent cast member of the variety show "Infinity Challenge," Gil (full name Gil Sung Joon) was caught drunk driving on April 23 around 12:30 AM KST. 

The Mapo District police stated on April 23, "Gil Sung Joon was caught drunk driving around 12:30 AM and his driver's license was canceled. We are planning to summon him for questioning soon."

Policed recorded a 0.109% percent blood alcohol level for Gil when he was stopped for drunk driving. According to the police, Gil was on his way home after drinking with acquaintances.

As well as being a music producer and composer for Leessang, Gil is also part of the recurring cast of "Infinity Challenge." The show recently started a car racing special to have members participated in the "2014 Korea Speed Festival" and Gil was able to win a spot to compete in the race, along with Yoo Jae Suk, Jung JoonHa, and Haha. With Gil's license cancellation, it remains to be seen what will happen to his appearance and participation in the show.
