EXO Performs Alongside Chinese Top Stars at Jackie Chan’s Benefit Concert

Popular idol group EXO attracted much interest with a spectacular performance at Jackie Chan’s benefit concert.

On April 6, EXO attended the “2014 Peace & Love & Friendship” concert held at the Beijing National Stadium.

Jackie Chan hosts the benefit concert annually, and this year, it was also held in celebration of his 60^th birthday. Among the invitees were EXO, Zhang Li Yin, Kim Hee Sun, Jay Chou, Wang Lee Hom, Coco Lee, Nicholas Tse, and Jaycee Chan. Many notable Chinese celebrities attended the event along with about 10,000 people.

EXO was able to confirm its popularity in China after receiving an invitation to attend the event. The group performed “Wolf” and “Growl,” and made the audience go wild with their energetic and spectacular performance.

Zhang Li Yin also attended the benefit concert and performed the “SM The Ballad” duet track, “Breathe,” with Chen, a member of EXO and a fellow SM label mate. The sweet harmony created by the two singers was received well by the audience.

Meanwhile, EXO is in the midst of preparing for the release of its new mini album scheduled for some time in April.
