BEAST's Jang Hyunseung Cast for "Bonnie and Clyde" Musical

BEAST member Jang Hyunseung will be joining musical "Bonnie and Clyde."

A source in the entertainment industry revealed on April 7 that the idol can be expected to play the lead character Clyde, and that the final details are currently being discussed.

As Jang Hyunseung took on the a role inspired by Clyde in Trouble Maker's "No Tomorrow" music video, it will be interesting to see how he will immerse himself in the character on the big stage.

This will be his second time to appear on a musical, his first time being "Mozart" in 2012. Back then, he played the main character Mozart and earned praises for his talented acting and singing.

"Bonnie and Clyde" is a musical set in the 1930s, and it follows the thrilling and dangerous love story of Bonnie and Clyde. Other celebrities confirmed for roles in the musical are SHINee's Key, ZE:A's Park Hyung Sik, Kahi, Oh So Yeon.

The premiere stage will take place in BBC Art Center in Apgujeong on April 15, and the final show will be held on June 29.
