Singer-songwriter KNoah, who made his entrance into the music scene in 1998, recently changed his name to Kim Joon Pa and founded the company Phenom ENT. He is currently the CEO of Phenom ENT Korea while his partner Scotty Kim is the CEO for Phenom USA.

Phenom ENT recently earned the publishing rights to producer Tommy Brown’s music in Asia, which insiders are quick to take note. The public might be familiar with some of his work, which includes Brown Eyed Peas’ “Just Can’t Get Enough” and Lady Gaga’s “Telephone.” He also worked with and produced songs for many other popular artists including Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Mary J. Blige, Janet Jackson, and Justin Timberlake.

With an exclusive music publishing deal with Tommy Brown as the stepping stone, Phenom ENT plans to expand to have the music publishing rights with other top-tier American producers to discover talented artists and produce high-quality content. They plan to focus all of their energy into producing global artists through the relationships they have with American producers and musicians.

Also, the agency is currently holding auditions to discover new talents in Korea and the United States. They’re also planning to hold concerts for Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez, Alicia Keys, Black Eyed Peas, and others in Korea and is currently in talks with Interscope Records in regards to possible collaborations with its artists.

A representative from Phenom ENT stated, “Through an exchange with American producers, we plan to be the bridge for artists with great potential in Korea and Asia who wants to make a successful cross-over to the United States.”
