CNBlue's Lee Jung Shin Addresses Gay Rumors

Recommended Posts

CNBlue's bassist and youngest member Lee Jung Shin opens up and directly addresses rumors about him being gay. On March 17, Lee Jung Shin and the rest of the CNBlue members appeared on the KBS talk show "Hello."

During the course of the show, the show's MC Lee Young Ja introduced a man who is mistaken as a girl, prompting Lee Jung Shin to disclose that being mistaken as gay became a source of stress.

"When I first debuted, I sported long hair and as a new singer, I was quite shy," he said. "A senior female singer asked me if I liked boys. That made me sad."

Guitarist Lee Jong Hyun interjected with "Because there were many rumors around that time, we started to become uncomfortable, thinking it might be true." It made everyone laugh.

The good-natured bassist brought out more laughter by saying, "That is a misunderstanding. I like girls."

Lee Jung Shin has already previously addressed rumors on his gender preference in an appearance in "The Go Show."

Meanwhile, CNBlue is currently promoting their fifth mini-album, "Can't Stop," with a title track of the same name.
