Kim Yuna and Ice Hockey Player Kim Won Joong Confirm Dating Rumors

After being photographed together and looking very much like a couple, figure skater Kim Yuna and professional ice hockey player Kim Won Joong have confirmed that they are dating.

On March 5, a representative of Kim Yuna told World Sports, "The dating rumor and Dispatch's article on Kim Yuna and Kim Won Joong are true, and the two are in a relationship."

Earlier today, Dispatch released photos of Kim Yuna and Kim Won Joong walking closely together and even holding hands. According to Dispatch, the two met in July of 2012 at the Taeneung Training Center. Since the two come from the same school and both have professions on ice, they have many things in common. 

Although the world may be familiar with the ice skating queen, Kim Won Joong is a little less known. However, because of his tall height and good face, he is quite popular among Korean hockey fans. He once made an appearance on the show "Star's Best Friend" as actor Yoo Gun's good looking athlete friend.
