EXO Gives Gangnam a Big Thumbs Up!

Along with SHINee, EXO has been appointed honorary ambassadors of the Gangnam district. Two separate ceremonies were held for the two idol groups- February 26 for SHINee, and today, February 28, for EXO.

SHINee and EXO were selected by Gangnam as representative Hallyu Stars. They are part of the district’s efforts to promote tourism. As of 2013, 50.8% of foreign tourists, approximately 5.1 million people, who visited Seoul visited Gangnam. Through appointing representative Hallyu stars like SHINee and EXO, Gangnam plans to attract even more foreign tourists. The goal is to reach 8 million tourists.

All twelves members of EXO were in attendance for  today's ceremony, looking very spiffy and handsome in all black suits. Somehow they managed to keep their thumbs up for all the photos.
