Shim Eun Kyung Says "Running Man" Is Tougher Than a Sports Competition

Actress Shim Eun Kyung revealed her thoughts on “Running Man.”

On the February 23 episode of SBS’s “Running Man,” the actress guest appeared on the show with the band CNBlue (Jung Yong Hwa, Lee Jong Hyun, Kang Min Hyuk, Lee Jung Shin), and participated in a race around Seoul. 

On the episode, Shim Eun Kyung was on the red team with Lee Kwang Soo and Kim Jong Kook. While it was her first time on a variety program, she carried out the various missions to the best of her ability. She said, “It’s just like the name: ‘Running man.’ Here, there’s nothing like maintaining your image or anything, and it’s tougher than a sports competition. You’d lose weight so fast,” expressing just how difficult it was.
