Girls' Generation Celebrates Sooyoung's 25th Birthday Before Their Comeback

With their comeback coming up, the 9 members of Girls’ Generation got together to celebrate member Sooyoung’s birthday.

On February 9, Jessica posted a photo of the group on her Weibo, saying, “Happy 25th birthday, Sooyoung!” In the photo, we see the members all together for the first time in a while, gathered in front of a birthday feast with some makgeolli (rice wine). With their comeback coming up sometime soon, this photo of the group together just increased fans’ anticipations. 

This will be Girls’ Generation’s first comeback in a  year, and it is predicted that the new album will be released by the end of this month. In December of last year, at “SM Town Week Girls’ Generation Marchen Fantasy,” the group showed a surprise teaser video for their new album.
