Young singer Yoo Seung Woo has released the full music video for the track "Hesitating Lips" from his second mini album titled "Already 19."

The music video features TV personality Park Eun Ji and actor Lee Jae Yoon acting as a couple. 

“Hesitating Lips” is a pop-ballad that is demonstrates Yoo Seung Woo’s broad music spectrum. It is the title track of "Already 19," which features four tracks. The musically gifted “Superstar K4” contestant has come far in his music, delivering a broad music spectrum for his second mini album.
