Joo Won Turns into Geeky High School Student for Movie “Fashion King”

Actor Joo Won transformed in to a high school student, managing to pull off the big rimmed glasses and school uniform.

Actor Park Doo Shik wrote on his Twitter, “I finished filming for ‘Fashion King.’ Although I have a small part, the feel is good and the people are good, making this moment unforgettable.” Along with the message, the actor posted a photo of what seemed like a group of nerdy high school students. However, amid the group of students, one could find both actor Park Doo Shik and Joo Won.

Joo Won plays the student, Woo Ki Myung, who becomes part of plan set by a group of male high school students, to turn from duds to studs in order to impress a female uljjang student in the same class. The boys become determined to change their styles, opening their eyes to the world of fashion.

Despite wearing thick glasses and the typical high school uniform, Joo Won’s good looks are undeniable. “Fashion King” is a remake of a popular webtoon.
