Newsie
Girl groups who have been in competition with their sexy concepts have decided to edit their choreography, turning the sexiness down a notch. Both Dal Sabet and AOA have decided to change their choreographies. There have been multiple instances where singers edit or change their choreographies after their comeback stages due to public opinion, and it seems to be the case for both groups. After receiving feedback from networks and fans, they have decided to make changes in their choreographies. AOA’s agency, FNC Entertainment, stated on January 22, “AOA will be editing some of the dance moves from its sexy comeback performance for ‘Miniskirt’ to showcase on broadcast stages. After presenting a comeback stage with choreography of high level of difficulty, AOA will be changing its choreography into a more ‘innocent sexy’ version. The group will apply the feedback from fans and appeal with a new charm after changing its dance routine." The new choreography will be revealed on KBS’ “Music Bank” on January 24. Previously, Dal Shabet also decided to edit one of its dance moves for B.B.B. Although they proved, they could be sexy without exposing their skin, they decided to edit the dance move after receiving feedback that it could be seen as too provocative. Dal Shabet showed the edited version of its choreography on MBC’s “Music Core” on January 18. The group’s agency, Happy Face Entertainment, stated on January 21, “The members of Dal Shabet showed their sexiness without exposing their skin through their new track ‘B.B.B.’ However, after receiving comments that it could be seen as too provocative, they will be editing their dance to appeal to fans in healthier ways.“ View the full article
