The third annual “Gaon Chart K-Pop Awards” will be hosted by the Music Industry Association of Korea and will take place on Wednesday, February 12 from 7pm at the Olympic Gymnastic Stadium in Seoul.

One representative from the Music Industry Association of Korea stated, “From EXO to Girls’ Generation and Sistar, many idol groups received a lot of love this year. Also, a lot of music genres including ballads with ballad representatives Davichi and hip hop with San E received much love from fans as well.”
