Lee Soo Hyuk to Join Lee Seung Gi and Lee Seo Jin’s Agency

Although he was a free agent since December of last year, model turned actor Lee Soo Hyuk has found a new agency to call home. It has been reported that Lee Soo Hyuk plans to sign a contract with Hook Entertainment.

Hook Entertainment is the agency for singer Lee Seung Gi and actor Lee Seo Jin. One entertainment insider said, “Lee Soo Hyuk and Hoon Entertainment held many meetings and have discussed thoroughly about a contract. Soon it will be officially revealed that the actor has signed a contract with the company.”

 

After leaving Sidus HQ last December, Lee Soo Hyuk had been a free agent for a short time before coming in to discussion with Hook Entertainment. On the news that the actor had become available, Lee Soo Hyuk had received many offers from different agencies. By joining Hook Entertainment, it seems like the agency will have three big actors in their company.

Another entertainment insider commented, “Hook Entertainment has focused more on their internal stability than their external looks. However, as the agency has supported top star Lee Seung Gi since his rookie days, and as Lee Seo Jin is beginning to regain attention, the addition of Lee Soo Hyuk will expand the agency’s credibility. As Hook Entertainment is known for its strong actors, it is possible that the agency will add on more actors.”

Lee Soo Hyuk has been diligently selecting his next project after wrapping up the movie “Scary Story 2,” and KBS2TV’s “Shark.” We hope that the actor’s fresh start will only bring success in his upcoming projects.
