It's a Bird...It's a Plane...It's Kim Soo Hyun!

That's right, Kim Soo Hyun in blue tights with red underwear worn outside. Or at least in these fan-made parody pictures. 

Through a poster contest run by SBS for its currently airing drama "Man from the Stars," fans created images which were shared online, with one set catching particular interest of readers. This set photoshops Kim Soo Hyun's face onto images of Superman, with taglines pointing to his character in "Man from the Stars," Do Min Joon.

Do Min Joon is an alien from another planet with super human powers, just like the fictional comic book hero Superman. In "Man from the Stars," he is an alien that was stranded on earth 400 years ago, and is able to hear and see seven times better than humans,teleport, and stop time. 

Web PD in charge of "Man from the Stars," Kwon Min Ah expressed her surprise and appreciation at such fan creativity, saying, "We are able to see how popular 'Man from the Stars' is through these types of parody from netizens. We want to thank them again for these great parodies, and ask viewers to look out  and see if Min Joon will perform more brilliant exploits like Superman in the future."

"Man from the Stars" starring Kim Soo Hyun, Jun Ji Hyu, Yoo In Na, and Park Hae Jin airs Wednesday-Thursday at 9:55PM KST on SBS. Check out the preview for episode 7 if you haven't already here.
