Kim Gura Suggests to Lim Kim to be like f(x)’s Sulli and Make Headlines

MC Kim Gura gave specific advice regarding variety shows to new artist Lim Kim.

On the October 9 episode of MBC’s “Radio Star,” MCs Kim Gook Jin, Yoon Jong Shin, Kim Gura, and Super Junior’s Kyuhyun brought along their personally recommended acquaintances Kim Soo Yong, Bong Man Dae, Lim Kim, and Super Junior’s Ryeowook as guests. Through the relationships between the guests and the MCs, the flow of the talks traveled along many different topics.

During one of the topics, the focus was placed on new artist Kim Lim as Kim Gura said, “I appeared on the show ‘Super Match’ with Kim Lim, and on the show, she didn’t sing any other songs, but her own song ‘All Right,’” expressing his dissatisfaction towards Kim Lim’s lack of variety skills. MC Yoon Jong Shin, Kim Lim’s producer and the president of Kim Lim’s management company, excused the singer by stating, “She’s only 20 years old so she doesn’t have any episodes in her life,” reasoning as to why she gives short answers.

Upon hearing this, Kim Gura suggested, “If you don’t have any episodes, make some as Sulli did,” alluding to the recent scandal between f(x)’s Sulli and Dynamic Duo’s Choiza.

Meanwhile, as the other MCs chuckled along to Kim Gura’s Sulli comment, Super Junior’s Kyuhyun, who is also part of SM Entertainment with Sulli, remained stoic and frozen.
