I just read this news from the Soompi News thread... thanks to yeohweping. Seems like LSJ going to be in another drama. I can already imagine LSJ as gangsters based on the photos above. I hope that there are more info on this drama.

Lee Seo Jin and Jung Chan are confirmed as the first and second male leads of SBS november drama " Lovers". Lee Seo Jin will be taking over the role of the gangster that was orginally Kim Joo Hyuk's as the latter back out due to his busy schedule. Lee Seo Jin was supposed to be in the drama "Speed" but it is currently on hold due to funding problems. " Lovers" will be aired on 1st november after Eric's drama ends.

I am watching DAMO right now. I know I'm three years late but I'm glad I decided to watch it. I don't know why I never paid too much attention to Lee Seo Jin before. He's very good looking especially with those dimples.... and his acting is great in this drama I can't wait to see him in his new drama "Lovers." I'm definitely going to tread backwards and watch his other works.

I saw the pictures of him and his fans volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. He gives back to the community by doing manual labor. I think that's awesome. He seems to be a very down to earth person. I'll definitely be visiting this forum often

Kim Kyu Ri Performs in SBS drama “Lovers (연인)”

9/9/06 – Kim Kyu Ri (김규리) will costar with Kim Jung Eun and Lee Suh Jin in the Wednesday-Thursday drama “Lovers (연인)” scheduled to be aired by SBS in November.

The PD and the script writer of this drama are the duo Shin Woo Chul and Kim Eun Sook (신우철, 김은숙) who have collaborated on “Lovers in Paris” and “Lovers in Prague”, and this drama is the third drama of the “Lovers” series. The press conference is scheduled on 9/19 at Beijing of China. More than 50 reporters from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore will attend the event.

KKR plays the role Yoo Jin (유진) who is an innocent woman worrying about her lover’s safety and health only. Yoo Jin lives with the main male character who is the leader of an organization of gangsters. Lee Suh Jin is selected to play the main male character. After LSJ’s role is injured and receives treatment in a hospital, he and the female doctor (played by Kim Jung Eun) fall in love. The filming of this drama is scheduled to start on 9/14 in China.

Originally, Kim Seung Woo (김승우) was selected to play the main male lead. However, due to KSW’s tight schedule, the production company decides to replace KSW with LSJ because LSJ’s filming schedule of his other drama “Speed” is delayed till February of 2007. KKR’s previous drama was “The Immortal Lee Soon Shin” aired by KBS1 in 2004.

I was hoping that LSJ put on some facial hair on his face for his role in Lovers, like a Don Juan. Not exactly a moustache, rather a very thin hair above his upper lip. But I can see that my wish did not come true. He could actually look sooo dashing with it.... just like in Damo.

I think LSJ looks handsomer in Damo than in Phoenix. :blush:

It's been a long time since Seo jin's last drama so I'm excited to see him perform again in Lovers.

Really glad that altho Speed was stalled, another drama replaced it right away. Guess it was not meant to be.

I will just guess that he thinks this year is so hard for him coz he stayed a long time in China (6 months, if I'm not mistaken) to shoot some hard action for Shadowless Sword and the b.o. result was not so good. I think he felt bad about that. Plus, his supposed to be new drama Speed which has been publicized since early this year got stalled. I'm just glad that he has a new drama now.

I also understand he studied business in NY University. But, i cant remember hearing him speak in english.
