Lee Seo Jin showed off his candid charm in tvN’s You Quiz on the Block.

“I’ve always wanted to do a job related to movies,” the actor shared. “I made my debut when I was 28 after completing my education and military service.

Lee Seo Jin added, “People think I was exempted from the military, but I served active duty.” When Yoo Jae Suk asked why he doesn’t actively explain the misunderstandings, he replied, “It’s not something I should be proud of. All Korean men do it.”

Introducing Lee Seo Jin as “the most young master-like person he knows,” Yoo Jae Suk brought up another rumor surrounding the actor about having been the orange Korean term for “a rich kid who lives a luxurious life” in the 90s). Lee Seo Jin answered, “I’ve heard it. But I haven’t even seen them, though. If I wanted to drive a car, I had to wait until my father came home. But the oranges rode their cars or bikes from daytime, didn’t they?”

He also clarified the rumor that he has 60 billion won (about $43 million) and six housekeepers. Lee Seo Jin shared, “If I had that kind of money, I wouldn’t be sitting here. I’ll be looking down from way up there.”

He continued, “Six housekeepers, that was when I was born. I think it was because he was in a high position. But since then, my house was brought low, and we have nothing now.” Pointing at Jo Se Ho, he jokingly commented, “I have less than him. He’s wearing designer clothes and an expensive watch.”

tvN’s new variety show “Seo Jin’s” (working title) is gearing up for its premiere!

“Seo Jin’s” is a spin-off series of the popular reality show “Youn’s Kitchen” featuring a new restaurant run by Lee Seo Jin who has been promoted from the director of “Youn’s Kitchen” to the boss of the new restaurant. Whereas the previous restaurant ran by Youn Yuh Jung focused on bulgogi, bibimbap, and other foods that are famously known to represent Korea, “Seo Jin’s” will shine a light on street food, the “fast food of Korea,” and present viewers with a lighter and more approachable menu.

To support CEO Lee Seo Jin with running the restaurant, Jung Yu Mi, Park Seo Joon, and Choi Woo Shik unite once again. On top of this, BTS’s V will join as their newest employee, raising anticipation for the dream team’s chemistry.

In the main poster, the members of “Seo Jin’s” smile brightly at the entrance of a charming restaurant where a signboard resembling Lee Seo Jin’s face is hanging on the wall. From the appearance of CEO Lee Seo Jin, who is wearing sunglasses with his arms crossed, to the employees, who are exuding energetic vibes with their big smiles, viewers can feel the friendly atmosphere.

Meanwhile, the first teaser previews the guests creating a line in front of the restaurant. In the midst of the busy atmosphere, Choi Woo Shik’s startled voice saying, “It must have spread through word of mouth, what is happening?” creates laughter. Widely known to be best friends, Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Shik, and V are jokingly bickering even while they are busy, raising anticipation for their special teamwork.
