The cast and crew of the upcoming KBS Wed/Thurs drama, "Secret" held their first official script reading session.

The script reading took place on August 6 where the crew and cast members including Ji Sung, Hwang Jung Eum, Bae Soo Bin, Lee Da Hee, Lee Duk Hwa, Kang Nam Gil, Yang Hee Kyung, Kang Shin Il and others, attended.

Before the script reading started, Ji Sung commented, "When I first had a meeting with director Lee Eung Bok, I told him that I would work hard. But then he said, 'You don't need to work hard, just work well,'" and "I will try so that when the drama ends, we will all be smiling."

Hwang Jung Eum also mentioned, "It's an honor to be working with such great seniors, juniors and director," and "I will work hard so I won't be a hindrance."

The script reading is said to be almost exactly like an actual filming session due to the cast's realistic acting. It is also reported that acting seniors such as Lee Duk Hwa and Yang Hee Kyung provided a lot of advice and help to their juniors. Hwang Jung Eum is even said to have shed tears by getting so into her character during the session.

The producers of "Secret" commented, "Starting from the first script reading, the cast members have shown perfect synchronization with their characters and great chemistry with each other. We hope you will look forward to the intense love story that will be shown in 'Secret' this fall."

"Secret" will air after "Sword and Flower" comes to an end in September.
