Kim Dong Wan Discharged From Military Service

Kim Dong Wan was formally discharged from the military following completion of his two-year mandatory service, which officially began on November 17, 2008.  On Tuesday, December 7 (KST), the actor and singer met with fans and reporters for a half-hour to greet them informally and receive gifts (and hugs).  He will hold a proper fan meeting on December 9, at which time he will reveal his plans to resume his acting and singing career.  What is known for now is that he plans to extend his singing career into Japan.  He will begin next week by releasing his first solo Japanese album, called "Kim Dong Wan Japan Premium Best", on December 15.  The man is losing no time getting back into the swing of things!
