Jasper also said he missed Da Ya's b-day party because he was working with his band. I guess it's a pity he couldn't make it but he also can't make to most of PS reunions  because of his busy schedule.

@JenL Go watch Lorene Ren's dramas,she's more childlike cute imo despite her tall height. She's the sweet type of cute and have quite a youthful looking face depending on how they style her. She's gorgeous and mature looking in her magazine spreads but she's very cute in her dramas. I also would like to see her paired up with Jasper but maybe when Jasper's acting skill is more stable because I think Lorene's acting still have some more polishing to do and they both need someone with stable acting skills to lead them on. Lego and Kingone are both pretty stable in terms of acting. Btw, Lego and Jasper are the same age. It's just that Jasper is too babyfaced. Lorene Ren's IAGW is a pretty nice drama. Try that one.

When Jasper was paired with Puff, it's true that it gave a boost on his fame but he was already pretty well-known locally as he was the lead in IUUI and Amour et Patisserie, plus he's a familiar face for those who watch TVs because his CFs are everywhere. In the beginning phase of IUUI, its rating was pretty close to Love Around (the SETTV sunday drama airing at the same time as IUUI), which was a pretty great feat because non-SETTV dramas tend to score very low in rating. Plus, Jasper and Puff did a skit together for Golden Bell awards and SETTV probably saw that. Allison Lin's hokkien-taiwanese drama 春梅 (Haru) is a hit (pretty high rating, its highest at 2.84!), which also got SETTV's attention. So Allison and Jasper are not really "new-ish", probably new-ish to the younger target audience or people who only watch SETTV dramas.. In a way, SETTV are looking for fresh faces who never worked with them before so public won't feel bored.

If I have to choose, I would prefer Jasper getting paired up with Jian Man Shu (they almost did for IUUI but she had conflicting schedules). They're the ambassadors of Skechers together so they had experience with working together, plus JMS never worked with SETTV before so that might be refreshing to watch but sadly, she've been focusing on movies over the recent years.. But again, this is just my own personal preference  I just wish to see JMS back in small screen.

As for Mandy, I hope they'll pair her up with an established actor or those who never worked with SETTV before. She's a really good actress so I have no worries about her carrying the whole drama on her shoulder. I would actually want to see her work with George Hu  That'll be an interesting pair, I thought they look good standing side by side in Love, Now.

@JenL It is nice seeing the cast of WISYA having a reunion so soon, shows that they had a good time working together, but too bad not everyone could make it. There will probably be more gatherings coming in the future and hopefully more will be able to attend then. 

As for Mandy's hair. Such coincidence that she went back to her old "signature hairstyle" (straight bangs and middle length hair) just when we were talking about it. I'm actually surprised, I thought she said she was going to keep the extensions since the endorsers liked it long. Nevertheless, as I said above I think she looks good with this hairstyle too. 

Hehe, the reason why I started to watch Lorene Ren's dramas was because of her sister too. I have liked Selina and S.H.E for a long time so it just felt natural to support her younger sister :P.  Lorene actually looks quite young so I think she would look compatible with Jasper but "the problem" with her is her height. She makes all her male leads look short. Lego Lee and Kingone Wang both got self-conscious standing beside her. Jasper probably would too seeing how he has mentioned about Mandy being quite tall in interviews and in the BTS and that he is lucky that she didn't wear heels in WISYA (Mandy is 169 cm while Lorene is 174-175 cm tall). 

I feel the same as you about not wanting to see Tia Lee with Jasper. Jenna Wang seems like a fun person and she is a decent actress. I quite like her.

Thank you for sharing the video of the fangift. She is so talented. The characters really look like themselves, especially Yan Ze.

@c_gunawan541 Lorene is indeed still a bit green in acting but I think she has improved a lot in her latest drama "Someone Like You" but I understand what you mean regarding her and Jasper needing someone with solid acting to lead them. 

Regarding Mandy, I would also like to see her with more established actors too. I have thought of George Hu as well since I'm watching Love Now currently but I was also thinking of the ones that were active before in the 2000s/early 2010s such as Mike He, Joe Cheng, Ethan Ruan etc. (they seem to be focusing in either movies or Mainland dramas though so the chance isn't high).

@c_gunawan541 Oooh, thanks for the tips - I think I will check out a Lorene Ren drama! I've always wanted to, but just got lazy. And I enjoy the comfort of watching Jasper dramas because I know at least I'll like Jasper if the drama doesn't work out for me. Haha! Yeah, I knew Lego and Jasper were the same age (and also that Jasper is older than Jet Chao) but all this is always so hard to believe because Jasper is just so youthful looking and his personality is so playful like a kid!!! He's like the type of person who will never age. 

I also somehow accidentally watched bits and pieces of Haru at a friend's house without knowing that was Haru until recently. I think that was the first time I noticed Jenna Wang...but it took me awhile to recognize Allison Lin with the different hair! Yeah, I didn't think 'new-ish' was the right word :s but I meant a fresh face for SETTV audiences and maybe not their rotational regulars (Like George, Lego etc)...but someone they might have to pair with a regular for SETTV pairing-strength. Or rather, someone who might have a following, but who is not already exploding in popularity through a SETTV drama. 

Somehow I find it hard to picture who I'd like to see Jasper paired up with! I think I'd need a period to get use to the idea of a new pairing...but I'm thinking maybe someone outside of the SETTV regular leads would be interesting. As for Mandy Wei and George Hu, I could picture that and I'd probably enjoy it. Despite really liking George and Annie, I feel like there's a lot of female stars I'd like to see George with actually.

This show got me hooked and made me forget the other Korean dramas I'm watching.

Xia You Qian and his dimples are killing me.

Anyways, I can't wait for the day he will tell her that he's unibrow. I hope soon. I wonder what will be her reaction.

I have a feeling she really likes unibrow since before that's why she's having second thoughts on accepting You Qian's confession.

I've been waiting for that confession and it finally happened. Now that the cat is out of the bag now, I wonder how their relatioship will progress. What will be the new obstacle.

An Xi is so lucky that she get to meet unibrow again after 10 years. It's so sweet how she cares for him all these years. How she don't want to be happy if she doesn't know he's happy as well. She may not say it and realize it but she truly likes unibrow for who he is. Pure love. <3

Her reaction to the revelation is not what we normally get from characters. Usually they'll get mad and everything but with An Xi, she just took the time off and prepare to complete Xia Yo Qian's date list. So cute. <3

And CEO Zhou is An Xi's mom? I wonder why she left? I hope it gets answered from episode 13 onwards.

I'm so glad I got curious with this show and started watching it. Now I can't stop! It's been how many years since I last watched Taiwanese dramas and they usually disappoint me in the middle. I hope this one won't.
