I finished EK. It's a long drama, I watched it diligently week after week. It is really tiring but it is really amazing to see how the characters grow, especially puppy emperor.

At first I wanted Nyang-I to be with Goryeo Emperor but overtime I see how Paeha grew because of his love for Nyang-i I can understand why she wavers and finally grew to love this man at the end.

I think Nyang-i finally went to Paeha when he shielded her from the poison arrow. I do believe her heart was already opening to him after spending so much time teaching him and strategizing for him to fight against the Yeon Chul and his clan.

Similar to @Cinderella1‌, EK is a drama not to be missed if u like JCW. Some says he overacts but I disagree. That is Paeha's character, timid and awfully frightful of Yeon Chul but wholeheartedly and obsessively loved Nyang-i. His pain and frustration being the Emperor that has no power, no support and no love is so heartfelt that u cry when he cries and smiles when he smiles.

EK introduced me to JCW and Healer solidifies him as an actor and not just a Hallyu star.

He was asked what does he feel like eating the most in Hong Kong? Or go to any specific places? Or work with any HK actors? He said he want to eat Char Siew Bun (Pork Bun) the most, and as to actors he wants to work with, he said there's too many, can't point them out one by one.
On the other hand, JCW said if he goes on RM again, he wants to choose Kim Jong Kook as partner, because KJK is his middle and high schoolmate (should be his senior i think), and KJK is strong, higher chances of winning. When asked about his thoughts towards entering the army soon, the translator helped him to reject to answer.

I think what he meant in the article was that Kim Jong Kook went to same middle and high school as him.Since KJK is very much older, they couldnt be in the same school at the same time. 
Also the article mentioned that one reporter asked about his enlistment but his translator decline the question on his behalf and he was then escorted away.
