@prechtik I don't think JH is naïve about romance... true we felt that he really fell for her at first sight but I think he is well prepared for his first encounter with her... giving her flower and getting the guitar ready (just in case).. but what surprised me most was the fact, he said it out loud that he's a married man... LOL!! so the other girls would not get any ideas why he was at the campus. Who knows, he'll be the first one to register this marriage for real... heh!

SY to me is really a 'wife' and a partner material... she has the looks, she's not overly giddy or overly shy... she gave good first impression except brushing her hair too much is kind of distracting (just my opinion) but her questions and answers are very matured... btw, she was a trainee at SM right? as a singer/dancer? but I think she's better as an actress...so much I want to know about her, if she's currently attending college full time? where she's from? in due time I guess...

Agreed, SY seems very composed and well-trained -- I think that's why I'll reserve my feelings about how genuine she'll be (or at least act to be) as a partner for JH and for us viewers. 

Since she mentioned she doesn't play any instruments, it'll be neat to see JH teaching her the guitar, like YongSeo/Goguma couple In the previews, SY does show off a dance for Henry, so SM has trained her well  >-

i guess SY may be abit guarded now. With new husband and not to mention all new crew, PD, cameramans and all. It will take time to get used to.

In time, she will get to know them, and then she may relax a bit.

Only then will we see whether she is sincere or no.

Hello all. Long-time Yongseo fan here, I used to post sometimes on YS board long ago but lost my old account.

I didn't expect to like this couple's first episode so much; Jonghyun is really off to a good start by being very sincere and open - I believe it also gives the WGM crew an idea that this is how he wants to do the show.

- I liked the moments when the couple laughed and looked at the camera crew, especially when JH gave his approval to the crew when he first met SY. Really gives the feeling that this is just two people being filmed by cameras; I can't remember if Yongseo did this much, but the many times when you can hear the PD (I think) laughing at the couple is quite similar to this feeling.

- When JH said something like 'we have much to learn about each other'

- I too, liked spotting when SY stole glances at JH

- Here's an interesting moment: Remember when SY's head snapped towards JH at hearing 'I fell for you the second I saw you'?  In the classroom, while removing his guitar, he kind of says something similar again like 'I wanted to take out my guitar the second I saw you', you can see SY's head snap to attention again, like she was expecting him to say that line again. [i don't know korean, but the word is something like 'Poja waja'???]

That was funny (and maybe clever of JH to kind of remind her of his first line?)

Anyway, looking forward to more of this couple. I was expecting JH to be more cool and detached because he once said his exes complain about him not getting jealous. This is so unexpected. I wonder if will calm down after meeting SY more, lol.

I have watched the English subs of their 1st episode and have gotten wildly different translations.  I watched it here on Soompi TV and also kshownow.net.  I wonder which translation is the correct one?   I'm sure each site is rushing to get these episodes translated into English, but I'm afraid they are rushed and incorrect!   We should share (and rate) the sites that provide the best English translations, please!

But thanks to @rainbowhearts we have gotten a good feel about what was said and what happened on their first date.   Watching them on the 'raw' feeds in Korean and the English translations left me with a good impression of JH AND SY.

JH - this guy is smitten!   He was gone in 60 seconds.   fell in love with her when he saw her long hair blowing in the wind, and his feelings grew with every minute they spent together!  And he's put himself "all in" with her.  I can't see how Sewon even stands a chance with this guy.   It will be interesting to see if he treats her well, anyway!

SY - Just like Seohyun, I have fallen in love with HER EYES.  When she opens them wide they are golden around dark honey centers.   They are so expressive.  Not being Asian I didn't understand what was the big deal about brown eyes (aren't all Korean eyes brown?!)  but now I understand.   There is a difference between almost black brown and the honey brown of SY's eyes.  The other thing I like is her voice, it is kind of deep and melodious.   Kinda sexy in a way.   She seems like a nice girl, not too flashy like JH doesn't want.  And also kind of new to dating it seems.  First flowers, first serenade, first campus date.  Are all Korean girls locked away from men until they are in their 30s or something?   Or is it because she is in show business in Korea that they are all so innocent about men and dating?   Is it an act so they don't seem too experienced?   Just wondering.  Anyway, she seems pretty smitten by JongHyun, also!

If the preview really shows what will happen next, I feel sad and bad for Sewon.   If both JH and Henry want SeungYeon, then how bad does Sewon get to feel?   Sometime WGM is too cruel!   And what, when SY chooses JH does Henry go limping back to Sewon with his tail between his legs?   He must charm Sewon into taking him back in some fantastic fashion.  This weekend's episode is going to be really interesting...............

@banana_milk082791 don't dwell on other people jealousy... the anti's  are the ones who actually pay close attention on the couple, either to gain popularity or simply being mean to loving couple. As we know WGM is a variety/reality program...it's good if they become real couple in real life after the show is over but I wouldn't worry too much. As far as I'm concerned, I will enjoy this show as much as I could and just spaz with you guys here...  but deep down inside you have to admit, they do look good together ) ;

btw...their height are just perfect

About the pairings... I dunno. I've felt that SY was casted as JH's partner ever since I first saw their date pics (because they look good together)...

hey guys just dropped by to see how our couple is doing and like god damn, i just watched the eng sub and WOW when seungyeon said "i hit the jackpot" because she got to do all the things she wanted to do with her boyfriend with him and her shy smile when she said it was such a girl-crush moment for me -_-' 

and i also really like that when he was singing to her she really did seem to try and understanding the lyrics of the song (and i saw she taking secret glances at him, heheheh) so damn adorable... like what the heck.?????

anyways i won't be posting anything until saturday or friday (have to study for my chemistry and calculus test on friday)

btw im going to write a fanfic for this couple on friday after school so i'd upload it real quick, so keep an eye out for it <3 happy shipping

Most of them againts Jonghyun and send hatred to his IG , Twitter and So on . even send a petition to FNC not to let Jonghyun in WGM because all i knew BOICES never approve WGM . For them , WGM just fake program that ruined their oppas . yeah after its happen to Yonghwa after he got closed to SNSD . But they totally forgot that WGM make Yonghwa and CNBLUE famous . No doubt . I never claimed my self as BOICE nor Burning Soul or whatsoever . I just claimed myself that i love Yonghwa and will support all cnblue member in every little detail that had done . So , When Jonghyun reported gonna join WGM , I'm actually worried about his wife more than him . At first it was a bit strange since the song itself has a sad vibe of unfulfilled first love, I was curious why he played the song with such a vibe in his very first meeting with his wife but eventually I know why.
