I must say....that Raine (whoever he or she is) who always write the review of DOTS for HAN Cinema.....i just hate reading her review. All the time. For every episode. She sounds like she is in mid-life crisis full of hatred.

Just to drop by and say that last night's episode had a lot of heart even if the romance took a back seat. Yet, the last scene made up for it. The dialogue was simple yet touching and heartfelt. Delivery was great - even the way SJK softens his voice and pauses in between hits the spot for me. I noticed he modulates his tone and voice very purposefully in the show and to great effect. The scene in epi 1 where the both spoke about how busy and difficult a doctor and soldier's lives were, his retort of "who will answer" was done in such a soft and seductive tone that it sends shivers up my spine. SJK is really an all rounded actor. Both episodes 6 & 7, SHK displayed great acting skills as well. Her crying was controlled yet touching. Made me respect MY as a character and her as a actress.

Last scene, his words - "this time, I am serious" seems to speak of his serious intentions towards the relationship rather than him "not joking". During his break his statement to DY that he will get over it and "be fine soon" reflected that he had initially thought that it was a fling for himself. Yet, after the short separation he came to the conclusion that it was real and therefore "serious". Regardless, love the thoughtfulness the writer puts into all the dialogues. 

But I agree with some of you that he will likely just walk away and give her time to consider like she asked for. Also reflects his new attitude and maturity towards the relationship, that he is willing to wait for her rather than push her to make a decision quickly.

Honestly, when i read live recap last night, i thought that when i watch full episode with sub, i will have to skip much scene because less scene of song couple.. but when today i watch full episode .. i watched it full, with no skip at all and i watched it with teary eye.. it is really really good...

[Trivial News] The possibility of a third party?

It has been spreading on the chinese social media sites that one of the Beijing reports on iQiYi (this is the Chinese streaming site that is casting the show simultaneously in China) seems to hint at the possibility of a third party appearing in the next few espisodes. I have not watched that video but attach a screen shot that says it. My guess is the hospital chairman and YSJ appearing to smack the crap out of the pervert??? *dreaming*

In other news, the ratings of DOTS has stabilized at 28.3%. The ratings for the other two dramas in the same slot has suffered a drop in ratings *sorry about that* In fact in some of the articles, it mentions that during the confession scene, the ratings spiked in excess of 30%. Not sure why, but its weird how people turn on their tv just in time to see him tell her he cannot stop missing her and ask her to give it another thought, because he wants to give up trying not to miss her.

Also a bit of guesswork for episode 8 from what I saw in the Chinese and Korean sites and the complete preview 8 - spoiler, so dont click if u dont like leaks?

As for the crying scene, KMY was heartbroken by the fact that the manager had died (partly due to her choice? but she did what she had to do) and YSJ is helplessly standing behind her to give her support. After that they had a heart to heart talk about him and his job and thats where the infamous line in the preview 8, YSJ said, "not dying is also part of what I do (best?)". I think after that she agreed, which is why in the complete preview 8, there were scenes of YSJ carrying the ropes out of their car with her looking at him and with his smile so big.

Thereafter, he probably entered the rubble again this time with the General Manager idiot where he gave him a speech of how he will save him even though he is a bad guy. Which he did, blocking the General Manager by using his body as a shield from the falling foundation.

Then, in preview 8, we see KMY bracing herself by tying her own shoelaces. Ready to run to the scene when needed (for him?). I thought that was more of a reaction to the fact that she has accepted him and what he does, and next what she needed to do is to walk the talk and be there for him when he needs her. Any thoughts?

Anyway on weibo, one of the drama sites says not to be fooled by the sad preview, because it is actually a sweet episode. (I am not sure how true this is but I am gonna prepare myself for the worse anyway just in case).

I really appreciate that KBS acknowledges the 2nd OTP and their love story. While I can understand Myeong Joo's father would want only the best for his daughter, I wish he would realize that it is ultimately Dae Young. I hope these guys make it through till the end!

as been said before, shi jin love kinda fairy tale love - undying love no matter what, while mo yeon love is realistic love - think and evaluate deeply about it. to me from ep 1-7 so far, mo yeon character is developing more than shi jin. shi jin character is totally lovable no doubt - charming, righteous, honest and all good qualities that so dreamy like. mo yeon character start off with prejudice about shi jin job, thinks about money and other thing that make some people dislike her (although she's so human and relate able to me) to growing into a character as a woman,people and doctor. since kim eun sook also write secret garden and heirs, i scared that this drama will only focus about male lead character and put female lead character aside. but i was wrong and we can see how mo yeon character develop. i like it so much and i hope it will be until the end of this drama. and i hope this drama not only show shi jin sacrifice for her doctor but also mo yeon sacrifice for his captain.

about shi jin confession at the end ep, well it's kinda wrong timing but i feel that consistent with shi jin character from beginning. he's kinda "follow your heart and don't waste time" when it about love since ep 1. it refreshing to me when the male lead so bold and honest but it also a flaw about him as it kinda hard to mo yeon as he want to her just trust him blindly about it. anyhow i really love this episode. dear writers, please continue to give balance development to shi jin and mo yeon character ok can't wait for tonight episode

i just watched episode 7 now with english sub..it was indeed an emotional episode..i cried a lot (the first time i watched w/o eng subs)...omo the mother of lee min ho in heirs is the mom of LCH...her scene with the chairman wooh daebak!..i didn't know that LCH is indeed a rich kid..

That't confessions things is so on point to make us eager for 8.. But i get soooooo.... Till when the writer make she's act like this.. The longing seems so unbearable for me... But hopefuly the writer can payback this in epsd to come.. 

Even is down 0,2 is still 1.. N i believe is gonna be this steady.. But this sad scenes just killing me n how many eps will this continue like this.. I'm really looking for more intense like hostages etc .. i believe they save it for epsd 9 n the rest.. Maybe .. hope so.. Hope not gonna back to "city" scene again

But from what I've been reading, looks like JG is seriously fanboying over SHK. Most of his DOTS interview comments are pertaining to SHK. He's so giddy about her and it's kinda obvious now haha.

What I do first when I got to the office is open yt and listen to the latest ost. I've been waiting for this song since it first appeared in the previous episode. The whole day I'll continue to replay it. Aaahh.. this song make me feel bout what they feel there
